We are pleased to offer our technical service for your BritMobility e-device 

Like any vehicle, an electric mobility scooter or powerchair requires regular diagnostics to ensure it remains safe to use and serves you reliably for years to come.

Our service includes:

  1. Collection of your e-device by our courier (please keep the original packaging for this service)
  2. Comprehensive system check (battery, motor, controller, electrical wiring, brakes)
  3. Inspection of wheel condition and inflation to the correct pressure (where applicable)
  4. Full cleaning of the scooter/powerchair
  5. Lubrication and adjustment of all components
  6. Return delivery of your fully tested scooter

Should any parts require replacement, we will inform you in advance. Replacements will only be carried out with your approval, and spare parts are charged separately.

Service duration: 4–5 working days, plus 1–2 days for delivery

Please note: We do not test or repair other brands of scooters/powerchairs

Shipping & Returns

We dispatch all orders on the same day if they are placed before 1:00 pm. We use the FedEx Priority service, which is designed for next working day delivery.

If you place your order on a Friday, you will most likely receive it on Monday. However, in some areas FedEx may deliver on Saturday as well, depending on the local delivery driver and depot.

We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.

Please contact our Dispatch Department, quoting your order number, and let us know that you wish to return the item, together with the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed and arrange a courier collection for you.

VAT Relief

The advertised price of this item is exclusive of VAT as this product is eligible for VAT relief. VAT has not been added to the price of this product. This is inline with the VAT relief available on products designed or adapted for use as mobility aids.
