1*24V 12AH Removable Lithium Battery. The scooter is equipped with 240WH*1 lithium battery, which can travel 12 miles on a single charge, making it suitable for long-distance travel. The 270W silent motor can bring an adjustable speed of 0-4mph.
Unique Constant Speed System. The mobility scooter will automatically adjust to maintain a constant speed on slopes and turns, and will not cause danger due to sudden acceleration. The handrails on both sides also make your riding more assured. The 8-inch tire adapts to 12° climbing and can overcome obstacles up to 3.15 inches, including lawns or uneven terrain.
Easy-to-Control Operation Panel. The operation panel displays the battery level, speed mode, power, left and right turn signal control, and horn. You only need to push the joystick forward/backward to move forward. The bright taillight and headlight allow you to travel at night without fear.

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your order number serves as proof of warranty, so please keep it safe. When contacting us, please always quote your order number so that we can identify your purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with the motor, battery, frame, and electrical wiring.
All other components, including tyres and wheels, seats, ignition locks, chassis components, and folding mechanisms, are considered wear-and-tear items. These parts are not covered under the warranty and can be replaced at an additional cost if required.
Can I try it before purchasing?
Can I try it before purchasing?
Yes, you are welcome to try the scooter before purchasing, for example at our warehouse in Poole.
If we are located too far away from you, you can place an order, carefully unpack the scooter at home, and try it in your own environment. If you decide that it is not suitable for your needs, simply repack it carefully in its original packaging and contact us to arrange a collection.
The collection charge is only £25. This is the fee we pay directly to the courier and will be deducted from your refund amount.

We dispatch all orders on the same day if they are placed before 1:00 pm. We use the FedEx Priority service, which is designed for next working day delivery.
If you place your order on a Friday, you will most likely receive it on Monday. However, in some areas FedEx may deliver on Saturday as well, depending on the local delivery driver and depot.
We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.
Please contact our Dispatch Department, quoting your order number, and let us know that you wish to return the item, together with the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed and arrange a courier collection for you.
