How the Service Works
Once you place your order, we will arrange a courier collection from your address.
To prepare the scooter for collection, you will need to:
- Pack the scooter securely in its original box
- Confirm a suitable collection date when the courier can collect the scooter
- Print and attach the shipping label that we will send to you.
Once we receive your scooter at our workshop, our technicians will replace the original air-filled tyres and inner tubes with premium solid tubeless tyres.
The installation is usually completed within 1–3 working days, after which the scooter will be tested and dispatched back to you.
Local Drop-Off Option
If preferred, you may bring the scooter directly to our warehouse in Poole, where the tyre upgrade can be carried out by our technicians.
Don't Have the Original Packaging?
If you no longer have the original box, we may be able to supply replacement packaging. Availability depends on whether we have spare boxes in stock at the time of your request.

Important Information
Solid tubeless tyres provide excellent puncture resistance and significantly reduce ongoing maintenance. Due to their construction, the ride may feel slightly firmer compared to traditional air-filled tyres.
This service is intended for customers who want maximum reliability and the peace of mind of never having to deal with punctures, damaged inner tubes, or tyre pressure checks again.

We dispatch all orders on the same day if they are placed before 1:00 pm. We use the FedEx Priority service, which is designed for next working day delivery.
If you place your order on a Friday, you will most likely receive it on Monday. However, in some areas FedEx may deliver on Saturday as well, depending on the local delivery driver and depot.
We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.
Please contact our Dispatch Department, quoting your order number, and let us know that you wish to return the item, together with the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed and arrange a courier collection for you.
