How to pair the fob with your X5 auto folding mobility scooter
With the cover of the receiver board removed (pic2), press and hold the button on the board (pic3) for 10 seconds. This will clear the board’s memory. Once cleared, press the button on the board twice (pic3) to initiate synchronisation; the blue LED light on the board will begin to flash.
While in sync mode, press and hold the “A” button for 5 seconds, then press the “B” button. If the scooter is already folded down, it will begin to unfold.

We dispatch all orders on the same day if they are placed before 1:00 pm. We use the FedEx Priority service, which is designed for next working day delivery.
If you place your order on a Friday, you will most likely receive it on Monday. However, in some areas FedEx may deliver on Saturday as well, depending on the local delivery driver and depot.
We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.
Please contact our Dispatch Department, quoting your order number, and let us know that you wish to return the item, together with the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed and arrange a courier collection for you.
